# SECTION 8 - CHARACTER CREATION AND MANAGEMENT *** #### 8A – Name Authenticity Tier 2 Violation\ Character names must be realistic and resemble names found in the real world. Use of celebrity or public figure names is prohibited without departmental approval. *** #### 8B – In-Character Property Transactions Tier 3 Violation\ Scamming or deception for property must remain within roleplay boundaries and reflect real-world dynamics. *** #### 8D – Asset Ownership Tier 3 Violation\ All in-game assets (vehicles, weapons, licenses) must be obtained through the server’s official store. *** #### 8E – Consequences of Character Death Tier 4 Violation\ Upon legitimate roleplay death, the character is permanently deceased and a new character must be created. Transferring items to bypass this rule is prohibited. *** #### 8F – One Life Rule Tier 4 Violation\ Character death is permanent. No revival or continuation of the storyline is permitted. Each member is limited to one character, unless otherwise stated in Policy 8J. *** #### 8G – New Identity Creation Tier 4 Violation\ Creating a new character to escape a criminal record requires in-roleplay identity acquisition, starting without any prior assets.
