# SECTION 15 - PRISON BREAK REGULATIONS

#### 15A – Event Type & Approval

Tier 3 Violation\
Prison Breaks are classified as Major Crime Events and require a Priority Ticket submitted before the escape begins.\
The ticket must include:

* Participant names (inmate + outside crew)
* A short plan overview
* Priority approval request from a Manager or Jr. Manager

#### 15B – Minimum Requirements

Tier 3 Violation\
Prison Breaks must include:

* 1 Inmate + 1 Outside Accomplice (minimum)
* 4 Active Law Enforcement Officers on duty
* All participants in the same gang, crew, or coordinated RP group
* No random players may join once the scene has started

#### 15C – Same-Session RP Planning Allowed

Tier 2 Violation\
Setup RP may occur in the same RP session but must include realistic:

* In-character planning
* Smuggling tools
* Inmate communication\
  Staff must be notified via the Priority Ticket before the break begins.

#### 15D – Alarm Requirement & Escape Protocol

Tier 3 Violation\
The inmate may not leave prison until an alarm is triggered through in-character RP and dispatched via SonoranCAD to simulate a DOC alert.

* Escape on foot halfway to Grapeseed before using a vehicle, unless a getaway vehicle is operated by an outside party.

#### 15E – Outcome Rules

Tier 3 Violation

* Success: Inmate reaches Grapeseed, enters a vehicle, and evades police for 20 minutes post-dispatch.
* Failure: Inmate is captured or killed → results in double sentence and Supermax placement (24-hour no-parole cooldown).
* Captured crew members face Felony Evading + Prison Interference charges.

#### 15F – Server-Wide Cooldown

Tier 2 Violation\
Only 1 prison break every 48 hours server-wide. Timer resets after completion or failure.

#### 15G – RP Standards & Restrictions

Tier 4 Violation\
No character switching, combat logging, teleporting, exploiting, invisible clothing, or unrealistic tactics.\
Staff may deny, pause, or void scenes that break policy or lack quality.

#### 15H – Logging & Documentation

Tier 1 Violation\
After the break, post a scene summary and participant list in #prison-break-log, including:

* Relevant screenshots
* Staff approvals
* RP highlights
