# SECTION 14 - DEATH SYSTEM

***

#### 14A – Priority Requests

Tier 2 Violation\
All priorities are fully open and do not require formal requests, except for:

* Bank Heists
* Prison Breaks
* Kidnappings
* Murders

***

### **14B – Character Death (One-Life Rule)**

**Tier 1 Violation**

Characters have **one life only**.

If a character is **killed by any means**, including but not limited to:

* Gunshot wounds
* Vehicle collisions
* Explosions
* Accidents
* Any other fatal injury

the character is considered **deceased**.

There are **no multiple lives, injury deaths, or second chances**.

#### **Medical Exception**

A character is **only considered permanently deceased** if they **do not receive medical treatment within 10 minutes**, as outlined in **Policy 14D**.

***

#### 14C – Permanent Death Continued

Tier 4 Violation\
Permanent death results in a full character reset, requiring the creation of a completely new identity, backstory, affiliations, and role.\
Any attempt to circumvent this policy—such as continuing RP with a deceased character or failing to sufficiently alter the new character’s identity—will result in disciplinary action.

***

### **14D – Time Frame for Medical Treatment**

**Tier 3 Violation**

If a character does **not receive valid medical treatment within 10 minutes** of being incapacitated, the character is considered **permanently deceased**.

#### **Valid Medical Treatment**

Valid medical treatment includes:

* **Advanced EMS medical roleplay**
* **Transportation to a medical facility**
* **CPR administered by a bystander or Law Enforcement Officer**, **only when medically appropriate**

#### **CPR Restrictions**

* CPR **may only be performed in situations where CPR would reasonably be required** (e.g., cardiac arrest, loss of pulse, unresponsive state)
* CPR **does not guarantee survival** and must be followed by **EMS or hospital roleplay**
* CPR **may not be spammed, abused, or used as a substitute for EMS treatment**
* CPR used in unrealistic or inappropriate scenarios is considered **invalid treatment**

#### **Additional Conditions**

* The 10-minute timer begins **immediately upon incapacitation**
* Players may not delay, avoid, or obstruct medical roleplay to bypass death
* Continuing roleplay without valid medical treatment after the 10-minute window is prohibited

Failure to comply with this policy is a **Tier 3 violation**.

***

### **14E – Character Reset & Name Restrictions**

**Tier 2 Violation**

Once a character is **permanently deceased** and has been **fully reset**, the player **may not reuse the same last name** under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Creating a “relative,” “twin,” or “family member”
* Slight spelling variations of the same last name
* Claiming indirect or implied family ties to the deceased character

The purpose of this rule is to **prevent continuity abuse, conflict carryover, and meta-related advantages** tied to a deceased character’s history, reputation, or relationships.

All new characters must be treated as **entirely separate individuals** with **no connection** to previously deceased characters.

Attempting to bypass or exploit this rule is a **Tier 2 violation** and may result in further disciplinary action.

***

### **14F – Sui/cide**

**Tier 3 Violation**\
\
You cannot commit "sui/cide" to clear your record, get out of a situation, or any situation whatsoever. We do NOT allow it.
