# SECTION 12 - STOCK TRADING REGULATIONS

#### 12A – Share Trading Cap

Tier 2 Violation\
Trading is limited to 100,000 shares per hour per company listing to maintain market stability.

#### 12B – Excessive Trading

Tier 4 Violation\
Trading beyond the 100,000-share limit will trigger an immediate investigation for potential stock fraud.

#### 12C – Brokerage Fees

Tier 1 Violation (if bypassed)\
A 23% brokerage fee is applied automatically to all share sales.

#### 12D – Prohibition on Secretive Buybacks

Tier 5 Violation\
Purchasing shares of one’s own company through undisclosed or off-shore accounts is prohibited and subject to legal action if discovered.

#### 12E – Stock Price Algorithm

Tier 1 Violation (if manipulated)\
Market pricing is influenced by company performance, market conditions, and trading volume. Manipulating this process is prohibited.

A maximum of 5,000,000 shares may be released to the market per company.

Owners or founders must retain 51% of total shares (2,550,000 shares out of 5,000,000).

A maximum of 2,450,000 shares may be released for public trading out of the total 5,000,000.
