# SECTION 1 - COMMUNITY IN-GAME CONDUCT

#### 1A – Interaction with Law Enforcement

Tier 2 Violation\
Deliberately seeking attention from law enforcement officers through unnecessary infractions is prohibited.

Tier 3 Violation\
Stalking or monitoring other players with the intent of catching them in criminal activities is not allowed.

#### 1C – Realism and Roleplay Integrity (Fail RP)

Tier 4 Violation\
Players must maintain high standards of realism in roleplay interactions. Fail RP undermines the quality of the game environment and will not be tolerated.

#### 1D – Commitment to Roleplay

Tier 4 Violation\
Avoid actions that detract from the quality or realism of roleplay, including unrealistic behavior or scenarios. Such non-roleplay actions are prohibited.

#### 1E – Fear Roleplay Standards

Tier 4 Violation\
Portray fear realistically when your character’s life is at risk. Players may defend themselves, but metagaming, powergaming, and fail RP are strictly prohibited.

#### 1F – Combat and Engagement Rules

Tier 3 Violation\
Engaging in combat or harming another player’s character must be justified within the context of roleplay.

Players must adhere to their respective department’s Standard Operating Procedures and policies.

#### 1H – Session Conduct

Tier 3 Violation

* Paradise Roleplay sessions are invite-only and must utilize free aim settings.
* Appear offline on Xbox during sessions.
* Do not invite non-eligible individuals to the game.
* Off Radar or Ghost Organization features are prohibited.
* Engage in roleplay activities for a minimum of 30 minutes per session.
* Purchase gas twice per hour; penalties apply for non-compliance.
* Follow protocols for vehicle repair and part purchases to ensure realism.

#### 1I – Roleplay Freedom

Tier 3 Violation\
Scenes must remain mutually navigable without forcing outcomes. Stay adaptable and respect evolving scenarios.

#### 1J – Character Consistency

Tier 4 Violation\
Frequent disruptions to character immersion by going out of character is considered failed roleplay.

**1K – PRP Bank Transactions & Accountability**

**Tier 2 Violation**

All PRP Bank transactions are subject to review and enforcement **at any time**, regardless of whether they occur **before, during, or after Patrol hours**.

Any financial transaction conducted through the PRP Bank system may be used as evidence in an investigation or rule enforcement action, regardless of the timing or purpose of the transaction.

**Civilian-to-civilian transactions** must meet the following requirements:

* The transfer **must be clearly stated in action chat** at the time it occurs.
* **Proof of the transaction must be retained in private DMs** between both parties.
* Failure to action chat the transaction **or** provide DM proof upon request may result in enforcement.

Administration reserves the right to review all bank activity for roleplay validity, rule compliance, and potential abuse at any time..

#### **1L – FIB Visibility of Black Market Transactions**

**Tier 4 Violation**\
The **FIB is able to view Black Market transactions**, mirroring real-life federal financial monitoring systems.

Members attempting to bypass detection must **actively roleplay covering their transaction trails**, such as:

* Making smaller transactions to obscure larger ones
* Transferring funds through multiple steps
* Removing or concealing in-game evidence when applicable

When an investigation is initiated, **FIB may allow 10–20 minutes of roleplay time** for civilians to attempt to cover their financial tracks.

FIB may possess **transaction data and names**, but **convictions require proper investigative roleplay**, including search warrants, evidence recovery, and locating the actual illegal product.

#### **1M – Warrants & Court Holding Procedures**

**Tier 3 Violation**\
While in **court holding placement**, Law Enforcement Officers must request **search or arrest warrants** through:

* **Action chat**, and
* The designated **DPS communication channel**

All warrants require approval from **Lead Administration or higher**.\
Approval will be handled **without bias** and must follow proper roleplay justification.

Failure to follow warrant request procedures may invalidate the warrant and result in administrative action.

#### **1N – FAA Flight Authorization Rules**

**Tier 2 Violation**\
All civilian flight operations requiring FAA clearance must be **approved by FAA (Lead Administration)**.

Approval must be requested and granted **via action chat** before flight activity begins. Unauthorized flights or failure to obtain FAA approval may result in grounding, fines, or escalation depending on severity.

**1O – Mini Map Usage**

The in-game mini map is **not permitted** to be enabled at any time.

**Exception:** Lead Admin and higher may use the mini map when necessary for administrative purposes only.

At any point, staff may request a **live or recorded clip** to verify that your mini map is disabled. Failure to provide requested footage may be treated as non-compliance.

**Violation Tiers**

* **First offense:** Tier 4
* **Second offense:** Tier 5
* **Third offense:** Tier 6 *if proven to be used for Powergaming or Metagaming*

If a third offense occurs **without evidence** of Powergaming or Metagaming, the violation will be issued as a **Tier 5**instead of Tier 6.

Use of the mini map to gain positional awareness, track players, avoid RP consequences, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage will be considered **Powergaming and/or Metagaming** and punished accordingly.

Follow employer rules, maintain documentation, and use action-chat or designated systems to clock in and out.
